If your printer status displays "" there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is on and check if there is no Wi-Fi or cable problem. Check it for less paper or ink, and make sure the cover isn't open and the paper isn't jammed. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully to avoid interruptions.
1.Make ports settings changes. Press the Windows logo key + R on your keyboard > type Fix HP printer Error State and hit Enter to open the Device Manager.
2.Make sure that your printer is Online.
3.Reinstall the printer driver.
4.Set the Print Spooler service to automatic.
